Famous Unitarians and Universalists in history (merged in 1961) include Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, Daniel Webster, Susan B. Anthony, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Louisa May Alcott, Clara Barton, Florence Nightingale, and many others.
