Sources of carbon dioxide emissions are not currently regulated by federal or state law in Wisconsin. However,recent developments seem to be swirling in the direction of creating a perfect storm for regulation of these emissions. Art Harrington,head of the environmental energy practice group at Godfrey Kahn, S.C.,will discuss what opportunities companies can take to green their image,and how consumers can learn to be more knowledgeable about their own carbon footprints.
