1) Determine if the desired location and time for your event is available.

Don’t Forget: Once your reservation has been confirmed, advertise your upcoming church event to the congregation in our Chanticleer newsletter and our printed order of service announcements. For more information about either publication, please contact Sharon Murphy.

ROOM ABBREVIATION KEY:

[BRN] = Olympia Brown Room. Lower level. Capacity 12. Table.
[COM] = Leenhouts Common Room. Main level. Capacity 80. Tables available.
[MAX] = Max Otto Hall. Second floor. Capacity 80. Chairs.
[MUR] = Murray Room. Lower level. Capacity 8. Table.
[REEB] = Reeb Room. Lower level. Capacity 20. Sofas and chairs.
[SANC] = Sanctuary. Capacity 200, in pews.
[PAR] = Stevenson Parlor. Main level. Capacity 8 around table or 12 chairs in circle.
[YNG] = Young Room. Lower level. Capacity 20 with chairs in circle or 10 around table.

Sunday Events: PLEASE DO NOT USE THE CALENDAR FOR SUNDAY EVENT PLANNING. Contact Winnie Butler with inquiries regarding Sunday events.

2) Place your request for a room by emailing Winnie Butler Or, call her at 414-273-5257, Monday-Thursday, 1:00-5:00 p.m. or Sunday, 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.


When placing your request, please provide the following information:

• Church committee sponsoring the event
• Nature and/or title of the event
• Date of the event
• Start time and estimated end time of the event
• Desired room location
• Approximate number of people expected at event, if known.
