Dr. Marcia Marino, Consulting Minister of the United Unitarian & Universalist Society of Mukwonago, reflects on the ministry of two women: Antoinette Brown Blackwell, who was the first ordained American woman, and Rosemary Bray McNatt, who is a contemporary Unitarian Universalist minister serving the Fourth Universalist Society of New York City. This sermon considers some of the similarities and differences in the religious and cultural settings of these two women, and looks at some of the joys and challenges of women in ministry.
